John Lennon
John Lennon was a singer and guitar player. He also played the piano. He was born on 9th
October, 1940 in Liverpool. His parents weren’t rich. He started playing music when he was in
school. He wasn’t happy in school. He wasn’t a very good student, but he was good at music
and art. He started a band called The Beatles in the 1960s. The Beatles were very rich and
famous. John left The Beatles in 1969. In 1971, he made a song called “Imagine”.
