Google Alerts List Building
Google alerts is a service that will email you whenever a new page gets
indexed in google with a certain keyword term that you want to be
notified for.
You can set your google alerts up here - http://www.google.com/alerts
Here's what it looks like...

I recommend you set it up for once a day for "everything", and do
volume by "only the best results". You can do this for as many keyword
terms as you like.
