Aside from peanuts, some other culprits that have been pinpointed as being allergy triggers in recent times are soy nuts, tree nuts and the latest in a line of potential victimizers, wheat.
Many people who have recently started to experience alarming symptoms such as bloating, rashes, diarrhea, and headache with no known causes are starting to realize that they may in fact be allergic to wheat. This is also one of the reasons that may help explain a sudden increase in their body weight and fat levels. The solution to this problem is of course a radical lessening-or in some extreme cases-maybe even a total elimination of gluten in the diet, the end result being a totally wheat free diet.
Before we get into the steps that you can take to eliminate wheat from your diet however, you must first ascertain if it is indeed gluten intolerance that you are suffering from. Finally, keep in mind that this is your health and well being that we are talking about.
