We’re excited to see you!
We are glad you are joining us for the 2nd Annual North East Black
Business School Trip
occurring August 27-29th, 2010 in Oak Bluffs,
Martha’s Vineyard.
This event is a joint initiative between Columbia, Cornell, Harvard, MIT, NYU,
Tuck, Wharton and Yale.
The purpose of this event is to promote increased cooperation,
communication and networking across Black Business School Associations.
The weekend is an opportunity to take advantage of Oak Bluffs’ exquisite
location and renowned history for people of color. The weekend will consist
of both networking and social activities.

About Martha’s Vineyard
Located seven miles off the Massachusetts coastline, Martha’s Vineyard is comprised of a diverse group of six
island towns: Aquinnah, Climark, Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and West Tisbury.
Oak Bluffs (OB) is a resort town on the northeast shore of the island. OB is home to many historical and
nationally recognized landmarks, beautiful public beaches, a teaming shore of wildlife, fish and shellfish,
fabulous public parks, a microbrewery and the island’s finest golf course, Farm Neck.

Getting There
By Ferry
Hy-Line Cruises: Hyannis, MA to Oak Bluffs and Inter Island
Island Queen: Falmouth, MA to Oak Bluffs
New England Fast Ferry: New Bedford, MA to Oak Bluffs
Vineyard Fast Ferry: Quonset Point, RI to Oak Bluffs
Bus
Peter Pan Bus Lines (888-751-8800; www.peterpanbus.com): travels to Woods Hole ferry
port on Cape Cod from Boston’s Logan airport, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York
year-round.
Greyhound (800-231-2222; www.greyhound.com): also provides service from U.S.
destinations to Woods Hole. From Woods Hole ferry transportation needed.
Plane
Both Cap Air and Jet Blue fly direct to Martha’s Vineyard Airport in West Tisbury
approximately five miles from Oak Bluffs. Estimated taxi fare is $15.
