Miss Scarlett, formerly from the streets of San Francisco, where she was forced to live by
finding whatever she could to survive, was finally rescued and transported to the great State
of Georgia, where she became a true conservative “Southern Belle”

Miss Scarlett’s platform as Mayor is simple: to ensure the ORHS’s program of Spay and
Neuter; ensuring veterinary care to us all; finding forever homes for all those who have been
left behind and how wonderful it would be if everyone had a dog, cat or both!

Miss Scarlett intends to ensure the ORHS Education program to all in the proper care and
treatment of having a cat or a dog and to stop all animal abuses. We must indeed look after
all those who are less fortunate, who were born and left to tend alone or simply dumped,
those who have lost their loved ones through tough times and what do we live for, if it is
not to make life less difficult for each other?

Anything, everything, little or big becomes an adventure when the right person shares it and
I am that woman – a true Southern Belle. A true friend of the animals, as it were, a second
self! When you meet your forever friend, your face brightens and you have struck gold.
