I, Ed Curtis, am now understanding that there are a web
of statutory laws, diminishing my citizenship status in Law,
from one of the People of the Sovereign Body Politic, to that of
being a citizen(subject, inhabitant, "PERSON" or resident) of the District
of Colombia, its territories or its political subdivisions and/or
other affiliate's thus a subject of the United States government
involved in my participation in the social security insurance
policy scheme, therefore, I at this time assert the following:
1. I have been forced to participate and pay the FICA tax
in the past at places that I have worked, and have lost well
paying jobs because I discussed the topic of not participating in
the social security insurance scheme or your foreign Government with prospective
employers, It has cost great pain and suffering to me, I seek to set the record
straight once and for all. I do not care of your
procedure, polices, Statues, Codes,

and states for the record the following fact with the intent to positively
setting forth my complete identity, including but not limited to,
the Signature and Seal by which I am positively identified and by
which I solemnize ALL these other documents with:

Citizen born in a State in the United States of America; and,
9. Harold V. Curtis and Ann Lundquest, were one, joined
in the state of Holy wedlock at the time Ed Curtis was

and Domicile, as stated above, being a free citizen, within the

States of America, claim the status in law as one of the People
of the Sovereign Body Politic in the state of North Dakota, a state
within the United States of America; and,
STATEMENT OF ORIGINAL STATUS
11. Social Security (FICA) is a voluntary social insurance
which, by submission, suborns me, an otherwise natural born Free
Citizen of the Sovereign Body politic in the state of North Dakota,
into the Federal jurisdiction that has been created within
regional concepts, to divest the Posterity of their birthright in
the Declaration of Independence and to reduce the posterity to
mere subjects of the United States and thereby, reduce the
sovereignty of the several states to no effect, as districts, in a
scheme of centralized government throughout the national welfare
scheme of the Social Security Act; and,
12. The Social Security (FICA) social insurance scheme is
deployed to limit my status as "Free Citizen, with intent,
through misrepresentation, fraud, and coercion to impair,
extort and divest me of my Natural given unalienable, otherwise
protected rights by the limitations set out in the Organic law for
the United States of America, by requiring me through uniformed,
implied and direct, consent (submission) to the surrender or limit the
effect of my status as a Citizen of the People of the Sovereign Body
Politic in North Dakota, to accomplish ends wholly beyond the sphere
marked out in the Declaration of independence, the Constitution
for the United States of America and the Bill of Rights; and,
13. The Social Security (FICA) scheme is a stealthy encroachment
on, and an easy way to circumvent, the limitation(s)
and guarantee(s) provided by "We the People" against singular
centralized government, specifically, but not limited to, the
limitations and guarantees against abridgment and subornation of
my inalienable Right of Nature, as expressed and asserted in
the Declaration of Independence, as set out in the original
Constitution for the United States of America and its Bill of
Rights, and as earlier expressed and asserted in the Declaration
and Resolves of the First Continental Congress; and,
14. Participation in Social Security, a welfare insurance
policy and agency (power of attorney) scheme thereunder, is an
attempt by creatures of the government to compel me into a joint
venture, with regional (interstate and international) statutory
implications, of an intergovernmental nature. In the jurisdiction(s)
that now exist in the United States, codified pursuant to

the United States of America; and,
15. Only by my informed consent can the Government exercise
an otherwise unauthorized governmentalize nature. in the
jurisdiction(s) of the United states, outside the limitation of the
Constitution for the United States of America; and,
16. All power resides within me to accept or deny control.

protected by the Constitution of the several States that could
pertain, or attempt to pertain, to me as one of "We the People"
of the preamble to and within the Constitution for the United
States of America, which is protected by the limitations set out
in the 9th and 10th Articles in Amendment to the Constitution
for the United States of America; and,
17. I was deceived and defrauded into believing that I was required, or
could be required to obtain a Social Security account and number
in order to exercise my basic Rights of Life, Liberty, freedoms, and
Property; and,
18. The application for Social Security Account(SS-5)
contains no warning of its implications and conditions, nor does
it set forth where its implications or conditions might be dis-
covered; and,
CLARIFICATION OF CONTRACTURAL OBLIGATIONS OF
SOCIAL SECURITY POLICY AND APPLICATION FOR CAUSE
19. WHEREFORE, formal notice is hereby given, that I, Ed Curtis,
was in fact duped, deceived, misled and terrorized into submission,
without my informed consent, by these device(s) and
cloak(s) of the Government(s) of the United States and the
several States, do hereby set limits on the application for the
aforesaid undermining welfare insurance scheme and assert my
status as a Free Citizen in the state of North Dakota and thereby, in
the United States of America, and do hereby limit the contractual
obligations of Ed Curtis to what has already been paid
in FICA tax for said Social Security account and number 502-88-3581
and consent only to the government having the authority to
set the benefit schedule as they do for other policy holders as a
private insurance company would and specifically deny any con-
sent, whatsoever, to be governed by this jurisdiction, and assert
my above said status in law for the past, this day, and all

with the Social Security Insurance Policy, and in the future no
obligation to pay any FICA tax for future and additional
benefits, and I am not subject to the jurisdiction of the United
States for any obligations connected with this Social Security
Insurance Policy, so that I can exercise my Constitutional Rights
to Life, Liberty, freedom and Property without being under threat, duress,
coercion of the Federal and State Governments, I will only
use Social Security Insurance Policy number to exercise my right
to work, when I am able to, NOT under threat, duress and coercion
WITH INTENT TO TAKE MY EARNINGS In this fraud; and,
