Side Step – Stylemaster
TJM Stylemaster Side Steps are manufactured
from anodised aluminium, are non-slip & include
moulded end caps. The steps are mounted to the
vehicle sub-frame with black polyester powder-
coated steel mounts. Optional moulded splash
guards are available.

Side Bar (Three-quarter) – Steel
TJM Steel Side Bars are designed in 3/4 Steel lengths offering protection to vehicle
body panels, wheel arches, flares, and sills. The Side Bars mount directly to the
chassis with TJM’s unique mounting system and neatly bolt to the bull bar with TJM
Side Bar Clamps. For vehicles without steps, the TJM optional tread plate step can
be installed with the 3/4 side bars. These 3/4 side bars are designed to fit with
TJM or original wheel arch flares. Every side bar is sand blasted, then pretreated
with a zinc phosphate to prevent rusting and then polyester powder coated in
black.
Independent tests have shown that this TJM Bull Bar/Side Bar
combination does not interfere with the normal triggering of the vehicle AirBag system.

Roof Rack - MAXIMUM DISTRIBUTED LOAD = 120KG
These fully welded, tried and proven TJM racks are available in steel or aluminium
to suit the Nissan GU. The full length support rails are contoured to distribute load
evenly over the length of the roof gutter and are attached by TJM’s positive 2 way
stainless steel clamping system with strips for protection of the vehicles paintwork.
Steel racks, after phosphate washing, are finished in a black polyester powder
coat, while the lightweight corrosion free aluminium racks are finished in solatex
powder coat. OPTIONAL: Mesh floor or Heavy Duty Open Ended Tradesman
design available.

Plastic Water Tank
After using a TJM Water Tank you’ll never be without one again. A must for
camping, four wheel driving, day tripping, and outback travel. The 16 litre Water
Tank is constructed from Food Grade Polyethylene. TJM water tanks are supplied
with all hardware for easy installation with the filler and breather mounted under
the bonnet, and an outlet tap easily accessed on the rear of the tank.

XGS Shock Absorbers
Designed for Australia’s extreme conditions and tested
in the harsh Australian Outback. The 50mm and
60mm diameter expanded body extra heavy duty
shock absorbers, with large oil capacity and high
temperature oil seal, keeps cool when the going hots
up. Fully welded mounts, polyurethane bushes, and
extra strong twin tube construction means the XGS
excels even in the most challenging conditions.

Australian made, using high grade BHP steel, each spring is pre-stressed to
eliminate the possibility of sagging. These springs are available in either medium
or heavy duty load carrying capacities. XGS have a number of kits available for

can all be improved while still retaining ride quality.

springs it is recommended to replace the Spring Hangers and U-Bolts. Most XGS
Spring Hangers are greasable for long service life.

bushes are designed to reduce suspension noise, vibration and harshness.
CASTOR BUSHES - Adjustable, to correct excessive castor.
POLYAIR KITS - Coupled with XGS Springs and Shock Absorbers, the Polyair
spring further assists in solving suspension problems and greatly improves

5 to 25psi will give a load increase of between 10 to 60%.
BELOWS FITMENT - For heavy duty applications on leaf spring suspension,
the Bellows Air System is supplied with their own vehicle specific brackets and
unique flex member bag designed to carry 2.2 tonne per pair, while maintaining
normal ride characteristics when unladden. A pressure increase of between 5 to
100 p.s.i. will give a load increase between 10 to 60%. All kits come complete
with all necessary hardware and allows for individual adjustments.

Winches – Vehicle Recovery
TJM offer the Ox 10,000lb (hydraulic),
Ox 10,000lb (electric) & Ox 15,000lb (electric) to assist
with vehicle recovery.
All winches include wire rope, roller fairlead guide,
free spooling clutch, automatic brake and remote hand
control.
The hydraulic winch requires an individual vehicle hose
kit.

and critical joints are fully precision MIG welded for maximum strength. Sandblasted
and finished in an Anti-Scuff Polyester Powdercoat they are supplied complete with
