Leaders Conference! To be in National team of AIESEC in Serbia is a great
responsibility and one of the most rewarding opportunities you can take!
In the following pages you can find OCP Job Description and basic information about
NLC which you can refer to for assistance and better understanding of your future role
and responsibilities.
Candidates have to send their application until June 17th, 2012 - 20:00h to both

late applications will not be accepted.

New Leaders project
"New Leaders Conference" is a project that is contained of a series of educational events
in the form of lectures, workshops and panel discussions, in order to create and develop young
leaders of the future. The main objective is raising awareness about importance of leadership
and leadership skills among young people in Serbia.
Last year it was consisted of 2 parts, New Leaders Conference and Leadership days. Further
explanation of these 2 parts is just about getting to know the project. This year it doesnt have to
be like that, project team have freedom to change the concept in agreement with MC VP ICX.
New Leaders Conference
New Leaders Conference is the central event in the New Leaders Project. It is a two-day seminar
on leadership that takes place at the National Bank of Serbia. The lecturers are prominent and
influential leaders from Serbia and abroad, in various spheres of social, sporting, scientific and
artistic life. By attending the seminar young people receive the opportunity to meet with the
leaders of today. Apart from speeches, workshops and discussion delegates should be able to
discover what leadership is, and how they can improve their leadership skills by looking up to
famous leaders.
Leadership days
Leadership development program, as part of New Leaders Project, is designed for those
who want to re-raise and develop the leader inside them. Last year it took place in three cities in
Serbia - Novi Sad, Ni and Belgrade.
Conceived as a one-day conference, it is consisted of two parts, the first of which faces
the inner and second that faces outer world of delegates. With a variety of tools for defining
personality, as well as those that will help them to do time management and priority setting
better, delegates had the opportunity to create a clear and direct path of their further
development.
The second part was targeting local community problems that we are all part of. It
aimed to find ways for solving these problems.

NLC 2012 as a project and by that ensure better perception of AIESEC brand in Serbia.

Selection process
* All questions in the application should be filled in completely.
* Application should be filled in English language.
* Aplicaion should be submited in PDF or locked word format.

* Deadline for sending the application is June 17th, 2012. - 20:00h.

* On June 18th, 2012 dates and time for interviews will scheduled.
*Interviews will be held on June 19th and 20th, 2012.
* English language will be used in interviewing the candidates.
* Interview will take place on Economical faculty in Belgrade.
Interviews * Interview will last for around 45 minutes.
* Candidates will be informed about results of the selection
process until 22nd of June, 2012.
