This is yet another lawsuit brought against Pinnacle Healthcare Inc. DBA: French Prairie Rehabilitation Center Nursing Home. The Plaintiff in this case, Cheryl L. Dobson, did bring a federal lawsuit against the abusive company due to discrimination and wrongful discharge of employment. She was an employee, a Nurse Manager and Assistant Resident Care Manager exceeding even reasonable performance expectations of the company. Pinnacle again tormented and unlawfully given the runaround by the company. Pinnacle treats their residents and employees, with much discrimination, sexual harassment and other malicious unlawful behavior. They settled out of court with Ms. Dobson obviously because they had no legal leg to stand on. They have also committed theft and given false police statements against their residents. Abuse is nothing that the company and its staff is not familiar with. When they are caught, they lie and brutalize the victim. Thankfully Cheryl Dobson got justice. Her lawsuit complaint actually starts on page 7 of this PDF file. Later, as mentioned above, Pinnacle settled the lawsuit with her. Way to go Cheryl L. Dobson! There are more lawsuits to come that have been filed against Pinnacle Healthcare Inc. due to their inability to operate within lawful means.
