clogging up the air. The man had crashed once again, but this time did not drive away, because he couldn't.
He'd hit another vehicle head-on and flipped his car," Donahue explained.
It took police over six hours to investigate both scenes and they would be spending even more time determining
if the man was driving while under the influence. There are several other scenarios that could have caused the
man in the silver car to act as he did, but only time will tell. He may have been driving while distracted or under
the influence of a drug of some kind. Nonetheless, there are two victims who are seriously injured as a result of
