application. BOEMax is packed with new features that include powerful Bill of Material and Lead Time
capability as well as a robust workflow approval system for estimates. The new version 2.0 has the ability
to load bill of material by pulling in data from the indented bill and summarized bill and then associating
those items with the correct productized WBS. Additionally, there is lead time functionality in which the
user can choose to auto create a lead time task in association with each part number on the bill. The
planner can then enter the lead times on these tasks in order to accurately project the period in which these
parts will be received, which in turn increases material pricing accuracy.

In the launch of BOEMax 2.0 ProjStream is promoting great new features such as an estimate status
stoplight chart and affordable pricing. The new BOEMax 2.0 delivers. We have listened to our customers
and have responded with two ways to enter labor resources: 1) add resource hours directly into a grid and
divide those hours by 8 for example to get the duration and 2) a logic override capability in which the user
can set the dates and hours and then either enter time-phased hours manually or apply a spread curve. The
new capabilities include bill of material and lead time combined with the already existing capabilities
required for doing day-to-day estimates and pricing with optimal data synchronization and cost schedule
resolution.
