Introduction
Quality Engineering Corporation deals in Design, Fabrication, Erection and Maintenance of
Overhead Cranes and Fire Fighting Systems. Quality Engineering was established with an idea
to provide our valued customers with quality products and services. We follow the international
standards like ASME, AWS for the Design and Fabrication of our products and systems. We
follow the safety standards like OSHA for the installation and work at site. We have a team of
qualified Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians that work on site according to quality and
safety standard. We never compromise on quality and safety both on indoor and outdoor work
environments.
Overhead Cranes
In Overhead Crane field we Design, Fabricate and install Single Girder Cranes, Double Girder
Cranes, Jib Cranes, Gantry Cranes and Semi Gantry Cranes. We Design Cranes according to
CMAA and FEM Standards. We Fabricate cranes according to AWS Standards. We install crane
according to ASME and OSHA standard keeping in mind the safety of both in the form of
individual and equipment. We have Qualified Welders who are certified according to ASME
Section IX. We also offer warranty for our products and after-sale services like maintenance and
repairing of crane parts both weekly maintenance programs to annual maintenance programs.
Fire Fighting Systems
In Fire Fighting field we Design and Install Fire Hydrant Systems, Fire Hose Reel
Systems, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Fire Spray Systems, Fire Suppression Systems and Fire
Alarm Systems according to NFPA and European standards. We have a team of
qualified Engineers, Supervisor and Technician that installed the system according to
the requirements of client by following the safety and work regulation. We also provide
after-sale services like the maintenance of fire fighting system both weekly and annual
basis. It is our vision to provide our client with fireless environment by applying the Fire
Fighting standards and regulations.
Services
We also provide Design, Fabrication, Erection, Installation and Maintenance services for
Process Plants according to International Design, welding, HSE and Quality Standards. We have
qualified team for the Design, Fabrication and Erection of mechanical equipments like Storage
Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Silos, Steel Structures, Conveyors, Bucket Elevators and Screw
Conveyors. We provide onsite Fabrication & Erection services to our clients for Pressure vessels,

Fire Fighting Systems | Fire Protection Systems
We deal in Fire Fighting Systems like Water Hydrant Fire Fighting System, Water / Foam
Monitor Fire Fighting Systems, Water / Foam Sprinkler Fire Fighting System, Water / Foam
Spray Fire Fighting System, Water / Foam Hose Reel Fire Fighting System, Fire Detection Fire
Fighting System and Fire Suppression / Extinguishing Fire Fighting Systems. We specialize in
Designing, Installation and Maintenance of Fire Fighting Systems. We follow the standards for
the Designing, Installation and Maintenance of Fire Fighting Systems. We have qualified team
for the installation of Fire Fighting System.

Water Hydrant Fire Fighting System
Water Hydrant Fire Fighting System consist of hydrants
attached to same pipeline, the other end of the pipeline
is attached to the pumps and water supply tank. The
Fire Fighting Hydrant line is close loop pipe system to
maintain the pressure in the water hydrant fire fighting
system. In Water Hydrant Fire Fighting System
hydraulic calculations are done according to NFPA
Standards. Fire fighting piping may be underground
and above ground. MS pipe is use for above ground Fire
Fighting Piping and HDPE piping is use for
underground Fire Fighting Hydrant line. Fire hose
cabinet with two hoses is installed near each Fire
Hydrant to use fire hoses at the time of fire hazard
emergency.
Water / Foam Monitors Fire Fighting System
Water / Foam Monitor Fire Fighting System works
same as Water Hydrant Fire Fighting System instead of
hydrants fire monitors are installed on the fire fighting
pipeline. Fire monitor fire fighting systems are installed
on open type hazards. Fire monitors has high velocity
nozzles attach to the end of the pipe which laminate the
water steam and project it at a long distance more than
100 feet. In foam type monitor fire fighting system each
monitor is separately provided with foam container or
foam is injected into the fire fighting system pipeline via
foam proportioner by bladder type system or any

pressurize system. We installed these Fire Fighting
Systems according to NFPA standards.
Water / Foam Sprinklers Fire Fighting System
Water / Foam Sprinkler Fire Fighting System consists
of fire sprinklers attached to the fire fighting pipeline
and are installed at the top on ceiling or on the wall.
The water sprinkler fire fighting system may be wet type
of dry type depending upon the temperature and
distance of fire fighting water source from the hazard
and nature of fire hazard. In dry type sprinkler dry air
or nitrogen is used. The Water / Foam Sprinkler fire
fighting system is controlled by the alarm check valves.
The fire sprinkler is consists of bulb and deflector. Bulb
is filled with heat sensitive fluid. When the temperature
of the surrounding increase the liquid in the bulb
expand, ruptured the bulb glass, the fire sprinkler
orifice is opened and water sprinkler fire fighting
system is activated. The fire sprinklers have deflector
type head to project the water stream at particular
position. In Foam sprinkler fire fighting system foam is
injected into the fire fighting pipeline with foam
proportioner and open type fire fighting sprinklers are
installed. The whole fire fighting system is control by
deluge valve via any detection system
Water / Foam Spray Fire Fighting System
Water / Foam Spray Fire Fighting System is the same as
the sprinkler fire fighting systems except instead of bulb
fire sprinklers open type high velocity or medium
velocity fire spray nozzles and deluge system is installed
instead of fire alarm check valve. Water spray fire
fighting system is activated mechanically by a fire
sprinkler systems that is installed with the same pattern
as nozzles or electrically by solenoid valve from control
panel with sensing devices such as heat detector and
smoke detector that detect the fire and pass signal to
control panel .In foam spray fire fighting system foam is
injected into the fire fighting system after the activation

of fire fighting system (deluge valve) by the foam
proportioner that make the 3%, 6 % or 9% foam
solution according to adjustments. We installed both
foam based or water based fire fighting systems
according to requirement of hazard by following NFPA.
Water / Foam Hose Reel Fire Fighting System
Water / Foam Hose Reels Fire Fighting System consist of fire
hose reels that are installed on the inside of the building in
the form of reels in a cabinets. Fire hose reel cabinets are
fitted with the fire hose reel or fire hose rack. The water
supply to these hoses is from pump room or main fire
fighting hydrant line. The hoses have different kind of
nozzles at its ends for different type of fire hazards. The fire
hoses are made of different material and sizes that are
installed according to the nature of hazards. Fire hose reels
are both water base and foam base. In foam base hose reels
fire fighting system the foam tank is installed under the fire
hose cabinet and the mixing of the foam is by foam eductor
installed
after
the
landing
valve.
The
percentage
concentration of the foam is depends upon the fire hazard
type.
Fire Extinguishing Fire Fighting System
The C02, Argon, HFCs, FM200 & high pressure water mist
are used in these kind of fire fighting systems, the
extinguishing agent is kept in cylinders at high pressure. The
fire extinguishing fire fighting system is controlled by pilot
cylinder or control valve by fire control panel via heat
detectors or smoke detector depending upon the nature of
hazard area. The fire fighting system area calculations are
done according to NFPA standards. Fire alarm & flashers are
also installed in combination with extinguishing fire fighting
system to evacuate the area to be protected to alert the
occupants before the activation of the fire fighting system.
Fire Detection & Alarm System
The Fire detection & Alarm Systems are conventional and
addressable system. The detection fire fighting systems are
divided into zones depending upon the nature of fire or
hazard area. The detection fire fighting systems also contain
manual push buttons sounders and flashers that activated a

few second before the system to alert the occupants from fire.
The conventional fire fighting system are installed with less
number of inputs and outputs devices but addressable are
multitask fire fighting systems that also merged with other
systems to control the butterfly valves, Solenoid valves and
pressure switches to activate the fire fighting systems like
foam system activation. The heat detectors, smoke detectors
and flame detectors are the fire detection devices that are
installed on these fire fighting systems that send input fire
signal to main control panel to activate the sounder & flasher
and also alert the fire safety person.
Overhead Cranes | Lifting Systems

We deal in Overhead Cranes like Single Girder Overhead Crane, Double Girder
Overhead Crane, Jib Overhead Cranes, Gantry Overhead Crane and Semi-Gantry
Overhead Cranes. We specialize in Designing, Manufacturing, Installation and
Maintenance of Overhead Cranes. We follow the CMAA & ASME standards for the
Designing, Manufacturing, Installation and Maintenance of Overhead Crane. Overhead
Cranes are of different duties ranging from 1 hour operating time to 16 hour with
variable & constant load conditions. We know your requirements according to your
process and nature of work.
Single Girder Overhead Crane
Single Girder Overhead Crane consists of bridge fitted on
two end carriages. The end carriages are fitted with wheels
that travel on the rail by motors. The hoist is under hung on
the bridge and a control pendent is attached to the hoist for
the cross and transverse motion of crane. The hoist reeving is
2/1 or 4/1 depending on the duty of overhead crane. The
power supply is single phase or 3 phases depending on the
duty and capacity of the overhead crane used. The electrical
system consists of PVC Bus bar and Festoon system attached
to the bridge. We have single girder overhead cranes ranges
from 250 kg to 15000 kg with lifting height from 4 m to 18m
with different overhead crane duties.
Double Girder Overhead Crane
Double Girder Overhead Crane consists of two girders
mounted on two or four end carriages depending upon the
duty of the overhead crane. The end carriages are fitted with
wheels that travel on the rail by LT motors. The hoist is
mounted on the trolley that travel on the upper sides of

bridges on a square bar or rail. The power supply is single
phase or 3 phases depending on the duty and capacity of the
crane used. The electrical system consists of PVC Bus bar
and Festoon system attached to the bridge. We have single
girder overhead crane ranges from 5000 kg to 50000 kg with
lifting height from 4 m to 18m with different overhead crane
duties.
Gantry Overhead Crane
The Gantry Overhead Crane may be single girder or double
girder depends upon the capacity and duty of the overhead
crane. The bridge of gantry overhead crane installed on its
four pillars and the pillars are attached with the end carriages
that move with the bridge on the rail. The rail is fitted on the
floor level. The power supply may be single phase or 3 phase
depending upon the duty of the crane. The electrical system
consists of cable reeling drum and Festoon system attached to
the bridge. We have different capacities of gantry overhead
cranes ranges from 500 kg to 100000 kg with different
overhead crane duties.
Semi Gantry Overhead Crane
Semi Gantry Overhead Crane is a combination of both girder
crane and gantry crane. One end carriage of the crane is
move on the floor and other end carriage is move on the
gantry bridge. The power supply may be single phase or three
phases depending upon the duty of the overhead crane. The
electrical system consists of cable reeling drum or PVC bus
bar system and Festoon system attached to the bridge. Any
electrical system can be use for the long travel of the
overhead crane. We have different capacities of semi gantry
overhead cranes ranges from 250 kg to 50000 kg with
different overhead crane duties.
Pillar Mounted Jib Overhead Crane
The Jib Overhead Crane is the form of cantilever beam
system. The pillar mounted jib overhead crane installed on
solid foundation design to bear the load of overhead crane.
The jib overhead crane is also called a slewing crane. The
power supply may be single phase or three phases depending

upon the duty of the overhead crane. The electrical system
consists of Festoon system attached to the jib arm. We have
different capacities of jib overhead crane range from 150 kg
to 10000 kg that rotate about 330 to 180 Degree about it axis
and arm length may be 2 m to 8 m with different overhead
crane duties.
Wall Mounted Jib Overhead Crane
The Jib Overhead Crane is the form of cantilever beam
system. The wall mounted jib overhead crane installed on
side wall or concrete column with bolts. The jib overhead
crane is also called a slewing crane.. The power supply may
be single phase or three phases depending upon the duty of
the overhead crane. The electrical system consists of Festoon
system attached to the jib arm. We have different capacities
of jib crane range from 150 kg to 10000 kg that rotate about
180 degree about it axis and arm length may be 2 m to 8 m
with different overhead crane duties.

We also provide Design, Fabrication, Installation and Maintenance services to industrial sectors.
We design pressure vessels, storage tanks, rotary equipments and layout arrangements according
to international standards i-e ASME, API, ASTM, CEMA, CMAA and NFPA. We provide
onsite Fabrication & Erection services to our clients for Pressure vessels, Storage tank, Silos,
Cyclones, Towers, Kilns, Ducts, Steel Structure, screw conveyors and piping according to AWS
and ASME IX standards. Our Welders are certified and our team members are experienced to
handle any kind of fabrication. We Install fire fighting Systems, Plumbing Systems, overhead
cranes, Pumps rooms according to drawings. We also provide after sale services like inspection
and Maintenance to our valued customers for long time business relationship on monthly and
annually basis.

Design
We also provide Design services to our industrial customers.
We have a team of design engineers and draftsmen that work
according to international standards and regulations. We deal
in layout arrangement design, as build design and
construction design for the storage tank, pressure vessels and
Conveyor. We Design Pressure Vessels according to ASME
SECTION IIV, storage tank according to API 650. We
Design piping layouts according to ASME B31 standards.

Conveyor & Bucket Elevator design according to CEMA

us. We also deal in 3d drawings and simulation of rotary
equipment like rotary driers, agitators, screw feeder, rotary
sieves and screw mixers. We also provide the installation
manuals and maintenance manual with our design products.
Fabrication & Erection
We provide services for fabrication and erection of process
plant equipments like storage tank, pressure vessels, silos,
storage bins, cyclones, Cyclones, Towers, Kilns, Ducts, Steel
Structure, screw conveyors and piping according to AWS and
ASME IX standards. We follow AWS and ASME standards
for the welding joints and follow approved WPS for welding.
Our welders are certified according to AWS and ASME IX
standards and have good PQR reports of welding. Our
welded equipment passed all the non destructive tests i-e
Hydraulic test, ultrasonic particle or X-rays. Our welded
equipments are daily & monthly inspected by our inspection
team for continuous welding process. We never compromise
on Quality of our services and products. In erection we
develop erection plan with the help of drawing and inform all
the teams on site before erection of equipments and safety
hazards that involve in the erection of equipment. Our all
team members strictly follow HSE Site rules and also care
the safety of other person and equipments on site. We also
follow the electrical safety standard for the temporary
installation of electrical equipments wiring on site according
to NEC 70 standard. We submit the method statements /
procedures to our clients prior to any work for approval so
that any non conformity can be eliminated.
Installation
We provide installation services to our valued customers. We
install fire fighting systems, Overhead crane systems,
Plumbing Systems, Pump rooms, MS & Stainless Steel
Piping systems, Ducting Systems and electrical equipment
according to manufacturer installation manuals and Health,
Safety and Environment rules and regulations. We follow

electrical safety code OHSA & NEC for the installation of
Electrical and Mechanical equipment installations. Our
supervisors & technician follow the standards for Quality and
Safety of both asset and individual on indoor and outdoor
during installation.
Maintenance & Inspection
We deal in the maintenance and inspection of fire fighting
systems, crane systems, HVAC Systems, electrical systems
and piping pump Systems. We also deal in overhauling these
systems on annually basis. We offer various levels of
Scheduled maintenance Inspection Programs that include
from preventive maintenance services to full maintenance
agreements.
