Sir,
The Distributor respectfully submits as under:-
1. I have become distributor of RCM through Sh. Dharminder Aggarwal ( Mobile no. 92161-10723 and Mobile no. 78377-90639) and Umesh Kumar Mandal( Mobile no. 92164-46498) at Ludhiana in Oct. 2010. My distributor no. is 8517853. I have purchased goods of RCM regularly. I have purchased RO i.e. RCM Aqua Real RO S. no. 48011 Z (A+B) in OCT. 2010 from MASTER PUC (26480) Main Road Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana, Punjab. and Sh. Bharat Bhushan {( Mobile No. 98156-55884) (engineer of RCM company)} has installed said RO on 3-11-2010. The Said Bharat Bhushan engineer of the company has been cutting, damaging and destroying internal wires and electric connections of the RO and taken away AUTO FLUSH of the RO intentionally, delibetately and purposely. Due to destroyed original connections of wires, the said RO has sparked when switched on electricity which is still not working. My RO has spoiled due to the negligency and deficiency in service of Bharat Bhushan engineer of the company. The said engineer has injected to my faith towards RCM. Sh. Bharat Bhushan is responsible for causing damage to the RO. The cost of the RO will be recovered from said engineer as who has caused damage to the RO. The RO has become out of order as the same is not still working. The Ro has been manufacturing defect from the very beginning but this fact has not disclosed by the said engineer at the time installation. So the said RO will be replaced with new one in which all parts and wires are fitted by the company.
2. That However, despite, having pocketed said huge amount, your company have been dilly dallying the matter till date and miserably failed to replace the defective RO as well as other benefits for some reasons known best to them.
3. That the act of the erring officials of your company are illegal, wrong, nonest, false, frivolous, act of oppression, against the rules and regulations, caprious, unjustified, not binding on me, in operative on me being result of Unfair Trade Practice, act of suppression and oppression as it clearly smacks of unfair trade practice. There is no reason for your company to deny the same.
4. That it is evident that your company has deliberately disobeyed its own rules and regulations to harass and humiliate me. I have been running from pillar to post to get the needful done since the date of purchase of the RO but your company has not moved even its little finger in the matter till date and have rather been harassing and humiliating me un necessarily.
5.That above true facts reveal beyond any shadow of doubt that the erring officials of your company look me for a ride and have misused my hard earned money and refused to replace the defective RO despite being bound and liable to do so. Your company has not been redressing my genuine grievances till date and thereby they have proved most negligent and deficient in service towards me.
6. That from the above true facts, it is crystal clear that your company is guilty of unfair trade practice and has turned blind eye to my entreaties and has point blank refused to heed to my genuine requests . This unprovoked stand has caused me unbearable mental agony and hardship.

It is my humble prayed that RO may kindly be replaced with new one and legal action be taken against the said engineer Sh. Bharat Bhushan in the interest of justice.
