Introduction 
Region wise sales and outstanding report. 
 
Implement Guide : 
 
Creation of Region : 
Gateway of Tally Menu > Account Info > Group > Create 
1) Create group in the name of “Region” under Sundry Debtors, it’s mandatory. (This group not 
shows in your balance sheet) 
2) Now create group North, South, East, West under Region (Now you can keep any name of 
region). This way you can create regions under regions any level. 
Example :

    Ludhiana 
     City ‐1 Tamilnadu 
     City ‐1 Orrisa 
     Mumbai

Creation of Ledger 
Gateway of Tally Menu > Account Info > Ledger > Create 
 
In ledger creation, at region field list or region table 
will be open. 
Select last level of region (City) of ledger. 
Set Maitain balance bill by bill : Yes for outstanding 
report.

Now create sales and entry with new ref. and receipt entry against ref. There is no any changes 
in sales or receipt entry.

    Enter on Customize Menu on Gateway of 
Now enter on Region wise sales

Region wise sales report (First Level) (Press F2 for Change Period) (Press Alt + F1 for Detailed) 
This report is a drill down & explode able. Means while you press Alt + F1 you can view next 
level region direct here.

While you press enter on region report next screen will be open suppose here we are press enter on 
Maharashtra. This report screen shows only Maharashtra Region sales value. (Press Alt + F1 For Detail) 
 
 
 
Now suppose you want to show only Mumbai sales detail then press enter on Maharashtra. 
This screen shows Mumbai region party’s sales detail now you press enter on party party’s sales bill will 
be open.
