After becoming a victim to road rage, Jacques suffered several gunshot wounds, with one being to
his head. He is currently in the hospital and will have a long road to recovery ahead of him.
Along with prayers for Jacques and his family, we would like to raise as much money as
possible to help with the medical expenses that he will face.

Time & Place:
Woodlake Country Club
6500 Woodlake Parkway
San Antonio, TX

Tee off at 8:00 AM

Tournament Format:
*Florida Scramble with four-man teams
*Each player must contribute at least 2 drives for the team during play
*Teams will be handicapped according to a system established by the Club Professional

Entry Fee:
$100 per person OR $375 per four-man team
