WEBWATCHER

$97 per license and is good for a year
●
Yearly renewal is $67 per license
●
Can only be installed on one computer at a time
●
The latest build is 6.1.0.846. Make it a habit to always check the customers' accounts no matter what
their issue is.
●
30 days of not logging into their WW account will automatically halt the software from monitoring. To
resume monitoring, all they need to do is to log back in to their account. The activities done during the
time the software was inactive will not be recorded and can not be retrieved. The easiest way to find out
if this is what's happening is by crosschecking the last time the software checked in and the last admin
log in found at the lower left pane of admin.
DOWNLOAD
●
Download button is available for 30days (per license) from the date of purchase
●
Extended Download Service is $9.95 when purchased with the software, and $14.95 if purchased alone or
after ordering the license.
●
EDS follows the life of the license and will expire with the license irregardless of when EDS was purchased
●
EDS would need to be renewed when it expires if they want to continue using its features
●
Back Up CD on the other hand expires with the license but doesnt need renewal for as long as the
license subscription is still good.
●
Back up cd is $19.95 plus shipping and handling.
●
There are 3 types of shipping. For customers who are within continental US, they can either have the
Normal Shipping for $6.95 (7-10 business days), or Priority Shipping for $12.95 (4-5 business days).
International Shipping (outside continental US e.g Hawaii, UK etc), will take 10-15 business days and the
charge will be automatically calculated in the order page depending on their location.
STORAGE
●
Data are stored 14days in our servers.
●
To keep their data longer than 14days in their online account, they can purchase data storage for
$4.95/month per 50mb block
●
To add more space, they can go to Settings> Subscription> Add the number of block you want to
purchase on top of the current number of storage you have.
●
Only 15days old data and older will be charged against the storage meter in their home page. The first
14days of data is still considered free.
●
The storage meter is updated every 12mn and around 11am everyday.
●
If they want to cancel their storage subscription, they go to Settings> Subscription> Cancel
●
If the customer exceeds their limit, deletion will start from the oldest to the newest. Data marked as
favorite will be the last to be deleted. Remember, exceeding the storage limit will only affect 15days old
data and older.
UPGRADE
●
Unlimited Update Package is $29.95 per license if purchased with a license.
●
Purchasing UUP alone or renewing it will be $49.95 per license
●
It needs to be assigned to a specific license. Once done assigning, UUP cant be transferred to a different
computer.
●
It expires with the license, following the license's purchase date and not its own.

DISCOUNT
●
20% discount will be automatically applied to the second license if the customer purchases 2 copies of
WW at the same time
●
10% discount will be automatically applied to ALL licenses if the customer purchases 3 or more copies of
WW at the same time

WWLP – 10% discount

●
retailWW – lowers down the software price to $50. This can only be given to existing Webwatcher retail
customers who want to purchase an additional license.
●
Upgrade50 – give them WW6 Upgrade (originally $67) at a 50% off rate = $33.50. Please keep this as
the last resort, you would always want to work your way up and not the other way around. This needs a
TL's approval before giving it to the customer. This code is only limited to WW6 Upgrade Package.
RETAIL
●
When a customer purchases WW from a retail store, they would be given a code to register online. The
website depends on what product they purchased

The retail code is always an alphanumeric combination. The letters in the code can only be one of the
following: A, B, C, D, E, F.

The retail code can only be registered once.

If the customer gets this error prompt after using the correct product key, “registration code is already
used, ask for the customer's full name, email address, item purchased (e.g Laptopcop 1yr) and code (if
not given yet), and have a TL verify if it is registered under their name or somebody else's. If the former,
have them log in to their WW account. If the latter, a TL will give you a new registration code.

retailWW – lowers down the software price to $50. This can only be given to existing Webwatcher retail
customers who want to purchase an additional license.
LAPTOPCOP
●
$49.95 for 1yr subscription, and $99.95 for a 3-yr subscription
●
Geolocate - Laptop Cop will determine the location of a laptop in real-time by pinging the local wi-fi
hotspots. It doesn’t have to connect to them so it can use both secure and non-secure ones. It
triangulates the position based on the relative strength of each signal and then plots it on a map. It will
show the current position as well as any historical ones.It is usually accurate to within 60 feet and it
works better than GPS because is doesn’t rely on point of sight to a satellite. Even when the laptop is in a
building, you will get its location.

●
Aside from the Geolocate feature, LTC can also has the following features: data deletion, data retrieval,
and monitoring.

LTC's monitoring feature will only be activated once they flag the account as stolen. Recorded activities
can be accessed with the help of a recovery agent once they provide us a police report.
AVAS
●
We currently have issues with Comodo and Sunbelt/Viper software. The rest is ok for as long as they turn
it off during the installation.

they want to remove the program

Free trial customers who will upgrade to full version are not eligible for refund as stated in our refund
policy.
●
Upgrading a free trial account using the same username will allow the customers to see the data
collected during their trial evaluation given that those data are still within 14days old.
●
Is limited to 12 views per category
●
Encrypted password will still appear as *******. It will be converted though if they upgrade to the full
version using the same login details
●
Customers should only be limited to one free trial account.
BLOCKING
●
Website Blocking - It will work best with IE and Firefox
●
Blocking by Content wont work with Chrome
●
If a blocked website is accessed via IE, this prompt will appear on their screen – Action Cancelled
●
If a blocked website is accessed via FF, this prompt will appear on their screen – No message. The page
will not simply load.
●
Blocked website will still be recorded under Websites if accessed and will be labeled as blocked
●
No prompt will appear if they try to access a blocked program. It will just not load.
