Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion name is ‘April Fuel’ and may herein be referred to as ‘April Fuel’ or ‘promotion’
2. Start date of promotion is Friday 1st April 2011 6.00am
3. Conclusion of promotion is Friday 29th April 2011 10.00am
4. Facilitating entities of April Fuel are Prime Radio, Autocorner and McDonald Murphy Fuel Services
5. Participating service stations are as listed;
Mobil Mackay City, Sydney Street
Mobil Racecourse, Peak Downs Highway
Mobil Northways, 36 Evans Avenue
Mobil Millview (Coningsby), Bruce Highway
Mobil Sandy Creek, Bruce Highway
Mobil Bucasia, Downie Avenue
Mobil Slade Point, 320 Slade Point Road
6. Employees of Prime Radio and its affiliates, Autocorner and its affiliates, McDonald Murphy Fuel Services and its
affiliates and participating service stations and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in
promotion

For participants
1. Active promotion days include all weekdays in April (Monday to Friday) except public holidays
2. Each active day one of the participating services station from aforementioned list will be announced live between
5:30am and 10:00am to be providing discounted fuel for a duration of 30 minutes
3. Advertisement of timing and location of discounted fuel will not be permitted anywhere except on radio station

4. ‘Fuel’ refers to standard unleaded petrol and no other fuel types
5. Participants are only eligible to fill one (1) petrol tank in one (1) vehicle each for the duration of active 30 minutes
6. Vehicle refers to car, motorcycle, scooter only
7. The filling of any other vessel including jerry cans, barrels, containers, lawn mowers etc is not permitted
8. Intentional interference with any other participant will not be tolerated
9. Intentional interference with the traffic or general public will not be tolerated
10. At participating service station, bowser or permanent point of sale signage will not reflect discounted price, which
will be displayed by temporary signage at bowser and in store
11. Cashier will calculate final cost at register
12. Fuel price will be calculated at 101.9 cents ($1.019) per litre
13. The promotions facilitating entities will not be held accountable for misconduct by participants at participating
service station, yet behavior deemed inappropriate by the facilitating entities or misconduct of any kind may result
in the participant being asked to leave the premises immediately
14. The facilitating entities and its onsite representatives reserve the right to record number plates of any vehicle
should misconduct take place and police involvement may be introduced if necessary
15. The facilitating entities reserve the right to refuse access to the promotion to any persons behaving in an
inappropriate manner or who have previously behaved in an inappropriate manner
