It is by having small measurable progress that encourage you to move forward and reach your long term weight loss goal. In this success journal, you will be keeping track of what food you eat, in what quantity, at what time and how do you feel after eating. You will create your own self affirmation statement and come up with something you are grateful for the day. By creating your own self affirmation you are convincing your mind to stick to the diet and by coming with daily gratitude, you will create positive feeling that give you an extra boost in attaining your goal. Again and again small measurable progress is what makes the long term goal achievable. The journal is there to measure your progress and reflect what your body feels whenever you eat. Learn to listen to your body and you will succeed in maintaining your health and achieve the optimal weight.
