visit to the City of Gaeta. We will begin our visit with
a walking tour of this ancient port. We will also visit
the Montagna Spaccata (split mountain) which is one
of three mountains that split upon the death of Jesus
Christ. Lunch on our own. After the visit of Gaeta our
luxury motorcoach will continue to our next hotel in

Tour of Italy 2011 Martial Arts Expo & Photo Shoot
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tour Prices: All rates are based on tariffs and exchanges in effect on October 1, 2010. Livonia Travel Service, Inc. reserves the right to adjust
prices in case of rate of exchange increases and airline tax, fuel surcharge increases, up until the time full payment is received.
Reservation, Deposit and Final Payment: A $500 per person deposit is required to make reservations, along with a signed copy of the registration
form. Final payment is due by January 20, 2010. Late payments are subject to a $50.00 handling charge. Late registration (within sixty-five days
prior to departure) requires a full payment by cashier check and is subject to availability. All checks should be made payable to Livonia Travel
Service, Inc.
Cancellation fees: $500 per person cancellation fee will apply from the time of reservation. From Jan 20 to Mar 21: 100% of Tour Package price
(no refund). Cancellation is only accepted in writing. Trip cancellation insurance is available and highly recommended. Please ask for a free
quote.
Passport and visa: All U.S. citizens traveling to Italy require a passport, with a validity of at least six months beyond the travel dates. Non U.S. cit-
izens must check entry requirements with their respective Italian Consulate.
Air Transportation: Transatlantic airfare is based on a special economy class contracted fare for this group on regularly scheduled airlines and
other IATA carriers. Flights arrangements outside the group dates are subject to a $50 per ticket reservation fee.
Land Transportation: Will be provided as specified in the itinerary. Ground transportation will be by deluxe air-conditioned motor coaches.
Hotels: Accommodation will be provided at a 3* Class hotel. All rooms are with private bath or shower. Occasionally, hotels may be substituted by
others of a similar category or better at no extra cost to the passenger. All rates are per person based on double room occupancy. Single rooms,
although, assuring privacy, may be smaller and located in the remote parts of the hotel.
Meals: Snacks and meals are served on all transatlantic flights and all other carriers as specified by the single contractor involved. Continental
breakfast at the hotels and other meals will be provided as noted in the program.
Tipping: All gratuities and handling charges to hotel staff, porters, chambermaids and waiter are included. Personal tipping to guides, tour director
and drivers are left at passenger’s discretion.
Baggage Handling: Checked baggage will be limited to one piece per person on tour, plus one carry on. The tour operator accepts no liability for
loss and damage of luggage, although maximum care will be taken to ensure safe handling of your luggage. Baggage insurance is recommended.
Exclusions: Expenses and items not mentioned in this brochure are not covered, including but not limited to: passport fees, visas and immuniza-
tion charges, meals other than stated in the brochure, items of a personal nature, transportation to home town airports.
Responsibility: The responsibility of Alfredo Torella(Organizer) & KickPics (Stace Sanchez) & Livonia Travel Service, Inc., herein after called the
"Operator", is and or their agents are limited. They act only as agent for the passenger in regard to travel whether by railroad, motor coach, pri-
vate car, boat, aircraft or any other conveyance, and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be
occasioned by either reason of defect, or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying
out the arrangements of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or
equipment, act of governments or other authorities, dejure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots,
theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond the Operator control, or from any loss or
damage resulting from improper passport, visas or other documents. The airlines concerned are not responsible for any act, omission or event
during the time you are not aboard the aircraft. The passenger contract in use by the airline, when issued, constitutes the sole contract between
you and airline. Anyone not utilizing the pre-arranged transportation is responsible for the subsequent transportation. No changes in the itinerary
are expected but we reserve the right to make them if necessary. Because of unforeseen changes in transportation schedules, the land portion of
your tour may be occasionally extended or curtailed. The Operator cannot be responsible for such changes of itinerary. The number of days indi-
cated for each itinerary begins with the day of scheduled departure and ends with the scheduled return arrival day, irrespective of the hour of
departure or return, and may vary due to transportation schedules, the land portion of your tour may be occasionally extended or curtailed. The
