Employment Announcement Field Representative Training Coordinator No. 00001648 Location: Office of Enrollment Management, Heidelberg Administrative Offices Category Overseas Regular, Full Time, Grade 4 Description: The Field Rep Training Coordinator (FRTC) reports to the Director of Enrollment Management and Europe Operations, UMUC Europe. The FRTC is responsible for working with the Regional Enrollment Managers (REMs) to create a comprehensive series of online trainings for all field reps in Europe. The FRTC will also track all field rep training and keep specific records. Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Keep FR Wiki up to date; Maintain all field rep training records and documentation. Provide/create additional training modules as needed; Performing office tasks such as monitoring and distributing administrative supplies, answering the phone, and communicating via email with faculty, students, field representatives and UMUC staff worldwide; Request PeopleSoft security access for new Field Reps; Performing other duties and complete special projects as assigned. Requirements: The successful applicant will have excellent technical skills and will be able to completely design and create online trainings as well as maintain and update the FR Wiki. The FRTC should have knowledge of Field Rep duties and good communication skills to work with REMs and collate all the information into one central databank. The FRTC will be efficient, focused, well-organized, and have the ability to adapt to changing short-term priorities while consistently supporting and contributing to the accomplishment of long-term goals. The successful applicant must also be a self-starter, motivated, and people person with strong customer service skills. Progress towards an Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years administrative experience is required. A valid USAREUR driver’s license, field representative experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
