Visual Impact Cardio is a new program that just came out last month. The program was created by Rusty Moore. For those of you have been reading my blog, you probably know that I dont really like using cardio machines or doing cardio in general. The truth is that I find cardio machines boring and I have always felt that it takes too much time to get great results from a cardio machine. You can get great results from them as many people that use the right workout do.

Is Visual Impact Cardio for you?
This is one of the main questions that people ask when they are looking to purchase a program. The truth is that this program isn't for everyone. If you don't have access to a cardio machine like a Treadmill, Elliptical machine or Exercises bike then this probably won't be helpful for you. Rusty tried to make the program so it would work for any type of cardio but unfortunately it was too difficult to adjust the intensity of cardio that isn't done on a cardio machine.

Visual Impact Cardio was created by Rusty Moore who is also the creator of Treadmill Ninja which was his first cardio machine workout program. He has also created the programs Visual Impact Muscle Building for men and Visual Impact for Women. These are excellent programs for getting people into shape without making them big and bulky. He focuses more on the Hollywood look as most people want to look like their favorite Hollywood actor or actress.
Rusty started in the fitness industry with his well known fitness website Fitness Black Book which caters to the lean Hollywood body type. In addition to being a full time fitness author he has also been a devoted gym member for over 25 years. His articles and books tend to be ahead of what others are teaching so he is definitely a leader in the industry.
Do I need to workout at the Gym with Visual Impact Cardio?
You dont need to workout at the Gym for this program but Rusty says that you WILL need access to cardio machines to get the most out of this course. If you have cardio machines at home then you dont need the gym. I guess I better join the gym!
Rusty tried to create this course so it didnt require cardio machines but it would make it too difficult to make adjustments in intensity. You could always join the gym for 3 months to loose the fat you want and then just go in a maintenance mode while you workout at home after.
