Day 1
8.00am Depart from Hanoi to Halong city by private car or mini bus
11.30 Arrive at Bai Chay/ Halong pier
12.15 Transfer by tender to Indochina Sails boat - enjoy Welcome drink. Receive
cruise briefing and check in to cabins and begin cruise.
13.00 - 14.30 Lunch - enjoy deluxe Vietnamese and International Set Menu
Massage service is available throughout the cruise. Please book with Cruise Manager
or Tour guide.
14.30 Arrive at Titov island. Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach and climbing the
steps to the top of the mountain on the island for fantastic views and photos
opportunities. Water and towers wil be supplied. We wil spend 45 minutes on the
island.
15.15 Return to the boat and sail for about 45 minutes to our second stop - the Bat
cave area.
16.15 Arrive at the Bat cave area. There are two programs to choose from at this time.
Option one is a 40 minutes kayaking program to the nearby Bat cave, lagoon and
surrounding water. Kayaking is 10$/person unless already booked as a part of your
package. Water is supplied. Option two is to visit Cua Van floating fishing vil age, the
largest fishing vil age in Halong bay. There are about 130 floating houses and about
600 people live and work in the vil age. We will travel to the vil age on the tender and
tour the vil age for approximately 20 minutes.
17.45 Depart and sail for about 30 minutes to Luon Bo area, where we will anchor for
overnight.

07.00 Arrive at Surprising Cave area, there is a smal fishing vil age here. Relax

08.00 Transfer by tender to Surprising Cave. Walk up the 100 steps to the entrance of
the cave and tour on foot for approximately 45 minutes.
09.15 Upon return to the boat, you wil have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish
packing your luggages. Please remove your belongings from the cabins, you may
leave heavy luggages outside of your cabins(staffs will transfer directly to the pier.
Depart for Bai Chay/Halong pier.
10.15 Enjoy Breakfast Set menu or Buffet in the dinning room. We wil settle bil s after
breakfast. Relax on the sundeck or in the dinning room, enjoy the bay scenery as we
approach the pier.

Welcome on board Leave Hanoi by private car or van at 8:00 am, arriving at the jetty
around 12:00 am.
Our crew welcomes you on board the Lagoon Explore Junk, enjoy welcome drink,
check-in to your cabin. Lunch with fresh seafood is served at 1:00 pm, start a 3,5
hours cruise into mystical Halong Bay to see the amazing karsts with different
formations: Mat Quy (Monster's face) islet, But Moc islet, Cap De islet, Trong (Drum)
cave, Trinh Nu cave, floating fishing vil age, with its unique of life. Then head to Luon

after a basic paddling lesson our experienced guide will lead you to explore the Bay, its

amongst the limestone peaks and islands. Take an opportunity to view the sunrise over
the Bay or have an early morning swim.
Breakfast, coffee, tea served.
After breakfast we sail through the waters and pass by a number of caves including
Trong (Drum) cave, Trinh Nu (Virgin) cave, Coc Ngoi (Toad) cave and we drop anchor
at Surprise (Sung Sot) Cave. Disembark and visit Surprise Cave located on Bo Hon
Island. It is one of the widest grottoes in Ha Long Bay with thousands of stalactites and
stalagmites.
10:00 am
We board The Paloma again. Take time to refresh and relax before checking out. Bags
can be left in the luggage store. An early lunch is served.
12:00 noon Return to the shore and disembark from The Paloma as our crew say
farewell.
