has re-announced its new Brand's action model strategy for the Indian
market with launch of the Volkswagen Polo and Vento IPL edition II. In

On 15th March, the company has unveiled Volkswagen Polo IPL edition II
and Vento and now deliveries will begin from the first week of April, 2012. VW
India is offering the IPL editions for petrol versions of the Vento and Polo which
power a powerful 1.6 liter engine which smokes out a top power of 105 PS and
churns out 153 Nm of torque at 3800 rpm.
On the other hand, the government has increased the excise duty on cars that
results in the car prices hike in the country. So, the prices of above both cars
might rise as per new announcement and IPL edition might be offered at
increased price range. But, features and specs will extra in increased price.
