Final Payment
Final payment for all bookings is due 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise required
earlier by separate hotel/air contract.

Deposit and Payment rules
Written proof of payment must be received by Apple Destination Weddings
Credit Card Payments: We require an official Apple Destination Weddings credit card
authorization form on file signed by each credit card holder, with account number, amount to
be charged, full name as it appears on the card, billing address, expiration date, and security
code from the back of the card. This may be faxed, emailed, or mailed.
Canadian cheques will not be accepted 60 days or less prior to departure

Insurance must be added and paid in full no later than 60 days prior to departure
Insurance is only applicable for cancellations due to proven medical conditions. Pre-existing
conditions apply only if paid in full at time of booking and passenger is not disabled from travel

Additional Information
Any changes, additions, deletions, cancellations and name changes must be received in writing
by Apple Vacations Destination Weddings, either by email or fax.

Any changes in wedding itinerary with a result of changing the travel arrangements will require
a new contract with the conditions that apply to the new tour.
If you find the revised arrangements we offer unacceptable, you will have the option of
cancellation without charge provided that you notify us with seven days of your receipt of notice
of the change prior to departure date if notified less than 7 days prior. In the event of a change,
we will try to substitute comparable services, but in t the event of complete cancellation by us,
our only liability will be to refund all monies paid.
Apple Vacations has made arrangements with airlines, hotels, and other independent suppliers
to provide you with the services you purchase. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure
that proper arrangements have been made for your vacation. However, we do not accept any
liability for the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers, over whom we have no
direct control. If you find you have any dispute with such persons, however, we will give you as
much reasonable help as we can in resolving this. Please understand that Apple Vacations
cannot control such factors as weather, government actions, mechanical breakdowns, your
physical, medical, or mental disabilities, and your failure to obtain valid travel documents or
your failure to follow instructions.
We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from physical or emotional injury, property
or other economic damage caused by such factors beyond our control. Apple Vacations is not
responsible for any consequential, psychological, or emotional damages or monetary losses due
to flight delays, airline turbulence, transportation accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Of course we will remain responsible for any negligent actions on our part.
Hotel Special Features are subject to change at hotels discretion. Taxes and fuel surcharges are

any time without notice. Airfares are subject to change at any time without notice until ticket.
