Above we see a parchment copy of the dead sea scrolls, the place where the Tetragrammaton is said to be,
it is obvious that the letters are Paleo-Hebrew or Phoenician. Yet the surrounding text is obviously
Arimaic, as you can see the Yod and the Gimmel are clear from the Alphabet chart.

Also the third letter of the Tetragrammaton is not a Vav but a worked over Shamekh.
So far if this is indeed the famous Tetragrammaton being interpolated into the Dead Sea Scrolls, the usage
and image of it seems to be after the date of the Dead Sea Scrolls. The third letter is an S, not a W or V.
The four letters in Paleo-Hebrew commonly seen today do not match what we see here in the Dead Sea
Scrolls.
Please compare the two.
