| ?"Helping Common Christians Become Passionate Disciples" ? ? After returning from a two-week tour to Israel in 2008, I was convinced that I was supposed to strip off 2,000 years of church history and religion, and seek to understand the Bible in its original historical, religious, cultural and geographical context. The journey of discovery has been long and hard, with thousands of hours of study and research; discussion and debate; steps forward and setbacks. The result has been a rediscovery of what I call, "simple faith." A faith that isn't based on programs or rituals, but upon seeking to see Jesus more clearly, follow Him more nearly, and love Him more dearly. This quest has taken me on a path that has forever changed my life.
